After registering for DCOM's service, you can use Internet Banking to transfer money to your Dcom Virtual account. With this transfer method, you do not need to upload the invoice after making the transaction.

MONEY TRANSFER NOTIFICATION

Once DCOM has processed your transaction, you'll promptly receive a notification through your preferred method of contact (Email, SMS, or SNS) updating you on the status of your transaction.

For Cash Pick-up transactions: simply provide the Reference Number to your receiver, allowing them to claim the funds at any designated cash pick-up location.

For Account Deposit transactions: Your receiver can easily withdraw the money from their respective receiving banks.
