D. COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is officially registered as a Money Transmitter, approved by the Hokuriku Local Finance Bureau on June 15, 2012. It offers its International Money Transfer Service under the name "DCOM Money Express" on its website. Click here to view our information at the Japan Finance Service Agency (FSA).
- March 22, 2011: DCOM is established and operated as a Money Transfer Agent. After obtaining approval from the Hokuriku Local Finance Bureau in 2012, DCOM officially partnered with major institutions from different countries, such as Sacombank and Eximbank of Vietnam, Bank Central Asia of Indonesia, Land Bank of the Philippines, XpressMoney, and MoneyGram.
- December 2015: DCOM launched the world's first real-time account deposit service for Vietnam.
- November 2017: DCOM became one of the four Money Transfer Services in Japan to issue remittance cards via Japan Post Bank ATM networks.
- Today, DCOM's remittance services can reach more than 100 countries worldwide through our parterns' payment networks.
