ANNOUNCEMENT: REGARDING COVID-19
EFFECTIVE MARCH 28, 2020
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, several countries have declared community quarantine and lockdown, including the Philippines. Last week (March 16, 2020), the Philippine government placed the entire Luzon on enhanced community quarantine.
As part of safety efforts against COVID-19, DCOM will temporarily close the WALK-IN Office at Kayabacho Station this March 29, 2020 (Sunday) until further notice. This is in response to the Tokyo Governor’s call to stay indoors this weekend.
Also, in an effort to jointly prevent the spread of COVID-19, DCOM has encouraged their employees to work at home. Therefore, we encourage customers to contact us directly through Facebook Messenger.
Rest assured that remittances will still be processed as usual, however, we would appreciate your understanding and patience when transactions experience any sort of delay for any uncontrollable issues we may encounter.
