Required Personal Identification Documents

To use our services, please provide us with the following:

If Foreign Resident:
  • Valid Residence Card (Front and Back)
If Japanese National:
  • Driver's License (Front and Back)
  • My Number Card (Front and Back)

Registration Procedures

Method 1: Register Using the DCOM App

The fastest way to register is through the DCOM App.
Download the DCOM App now:

To register, follow these steps:

  1. Register Your Information
    After entering all your details, you will receive an OTP through your selected notification method. Use this to log in to the DCOM App.
  2. Upload Your required personal identification
    If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  3. Enter Receiver Information
    Ensure that your receiver has a valid required personal identification that matches the information you register.
Within 3 to 4 working days, you will receive your DCOM Premier Club Card and a guide on how to use our service. Contact us for additional information.

Method 2: Register via the Website

You can register using our Sign Up Page: https://user.sendmoney.co.jp/signup

To register, please follow these steps:

1. Click "Sign Up with Email or SMS" 2. Input Login Information 3. Input your personal information 4. Ensure that you have access to the phone number or email address you registered. After registration, you will receive a password via email or SMS. Please use this password to log in to your account.

5. Upload Required Personal Identification Documents

This includes a Residence Card for Non-Japanese Citizens or a My Number Card or a Japanese Driver's License for Japanese Citizens.
Within 2 to 3 working days, you will receive your DCOM Premier Club Deposit Card and service guide via registered post mail.

Method 3: Registration via Customer Service Support

Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service agents can support you throughout the registration process by creating your account for you. Just prepare clear front and back photos of your valid ID and contact Customer Service via:


Within 2 to 3 working days, you will receive your own DCOM Gold Premier Club Card and a service guide by registered mail.
Depending on the verification method you chose, you can begin using DCOM's money transfer service upon the successful delivery of the card.
