Required Personal Identification Documents

- Alien Registration Card or Residence Card (Front and Back)
- Passport (first page, visa page, and proof of residence such as electricity bill, phone bill, etc)
- Driver's License (Front and Back)
- Individual Number or My Number Card (Front and Back)

To register, follow these steps:
- Register Your Information
After entering all your details, you will receive an OTP through your selected notification method. Use this to log in to the DCOM App. - Upload Your required personal identification
If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. - Enter Receiver Information
Ensure that your receiver has a valid required personal identification that matches the information you register.
Method 2: Register via the Website
You can register using this website.
To register, please follow these steps:
- Register Your Information
After registration, you will receive a password via email or SMS. Please use this password to log in to your account. Ensure that you have access to the phone number or email address you registered. - Upload Required Personal Identification Documents
This includes a Residence Card for Non-Japanese Citizens or a My Number Card for Japanese Citizens. If you encounter any issues during registration, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service for assistance. - Enter Receiver Information
Within 2 to 3 working days, you will receive your DCOM Premier Club Deposit Card and service guide via registered post mail.

Method 3: Registration via Customer Service Support
Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service agents can support you throughout the registration process by creating your account for you. Just prepare clear front and back photos of your valid ID and contact Customer Service via:

Within 2 to 3 working days, you will receive your own DCOM Gold Premier Club Card and a service guide by registered mail.
Depending on the verification method you chose, you can begin using DCOM's money transfer service upon the successful delivery of the card.
