How to send money

1. SEND MONEY VIA THE DCOM APP, WEBSITE, OR PHONE

1.1. Sending Money via the DCOM App

• Step 1: Log in to your account on the DCOM app and tap "Send" on the home screen.
• Step 2: Select a Receiver. If you do not have any receivers saved yet, please tap "+" and follow the instructions to register one.
• Step 3: Confirm information of selected Receiver and tap "Next".
• Step 4: Read the Terms and Conditions, put a check on the confirmation box and then tap "Next".
• Step 5: Enter the amount you wish to transfer, then tap "Next".
• Step 6: Select the funding source, purpose of transfer, and any other required information, then tap "Next".
• Step 7: Review the transaction details, tap "Next," and then tap "Confirm" to complete the transfer request on the DCOM app.

1.2. Sending Money via the DCOM Website

• Step 1: Proceed to the Log In Page, input your login and click "Send" on the home page.
• Step 2: Select a Receiver. If you do not have any receivers saved yet, please click "+" and follow the instructions to register one.
• Step 3: Confirm information of selected Receiver and click "Next".
• Step 4: Read the Terms and Conditions, put a check on the confirmation box and then click "Next."
• Step 5: Enter the amount you wish to transfer, then click "Next."
• Step 6: Select the funding source, purpose of transfer, and any other required information, then click "Next."
• Step 7: Review the transaction details, click "Next," and then click "Confirm" to complete the transfer request.

Just bring your Residence Card and your remittance money in cash. The staff will process your transaction in minutes.

MONEY TRANSFER NOTIFICATION

Once DCOM has processed your transaction, you'll promptly receive a notification through your preferred method of contact (Email, SMS, or SNS) updating you on the status of your transaction.

For Cash Pick-up transactions: simply provide the Reference Number to your receiver, allowing them to claim the funds at any designated cash pick-up location.

For Account Deposit transactions: Your receiver can easily withdraw the money from their respective receiving banks.
