Note:
  • For bank transfers made to our Bank Accounts, make sure to keep the receipt/screenshot of the successful bank transfer and send it to us via the DCOM App for confirmation.
  • After our staff has confirmed the bank transfer transaction, the money will be transferred to your DCOM Account.

MONEY TRANSFER NOTIFICATION

Once DCOM has processed your transaction, you'll promptly receive a notification through your preferred method of contact (Email, SMS, or SNS) updating you on the status of your transaction.

For Cash Pick-up transactions: simply provide the Reference Number to your receiver, allowing them to claim the funds at any designated cash pick-up location.

For Account Deposit transactions: Your receiver can easily withdraw the money from their respective receiving banks.
