METHOD 1: TRANSFER VIA DCOM CARD

DIRECT money transfer card is a silver card, with the name of the receiver on the card. Just bring your card and cash to any Japan Post Bank ATM (or some FamilyMart ATMs), and you can quickly transfer money to the pre-registered receiver without contacting DCOM or setting up money transfer orders using the DCOM App. Within 10 minutes, you will receive a Money Transfer Notification via SMS or email. Services are available 24 hours a day, including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

METHOD 2: TRANSFER VIA WALK-IN/ DCOM COUNTER

Bring your cash, Residence Card to DCOM Walk-in office. DCOM staff will be glad to help you in making your transactions in minutes

METHOD 3: TRANSFER VIA WEB, APP, AND PHONE

  1. Deposit to your DCOM account:
    Deposit your DCOM account using any of the following:
    • Using DCOM GOLD Card (Funding Card). Recharge at any Post Bank ATMs (or some FamilyMart ATMs), the money will be automatically loaded into your DCOM account 24/7 without having to contact DCOM.

    • Deposit money using your Personal Bank Account (Yucho, SMBC, MUFG) You can use either ATM or Mobile Banking of the aforementioned banks to transfer money to the following bank accounts of DCOM.

    • NOTE: Keep the receipt/screenshot of the successful bank transfer and send it to us using the DCOM App for confirmation.
    • After the staff has confirmed the bank transfer transaction, the money will be loaded to your DCOM Account.
  2. Make a money transfer order:
    Access your DCOM account on the DCOM website or your DCOM App, then make a money transfer order to the receiver you want to transfer to. Or you can also call DCOM (03-6661-2477) to request a transfer, if you are unable to log in to your DCOM account.

MONEY TRANSFER NOTIFICATION

After DCOM has processed the transaction, you will receive an SMS or an email regarding the transaction status. For cash pick-up transactions, you need to give your receiver the Reference Number. For Account Deposit, the receiver can withdraw the money from their respective receiving banks.
